Bhindi Do Pyaza Recipe | Restaurant Style

This is an easy recipe to make bhindi do pyaza. Follow this recipe and enjoy!
Ingredients
Okra – 250 grams
Onion – 1 big finely chopped
Onion – 1 big cubes
Tomatoes – 2
Coriander leaves –
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Kasuri methi – 1 tsp
Oil – 2 tbs
Salt
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Chili powder - ½ tsp
Garam masala - ¼ tsp
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Method
In a pan add 3 tsp of oil.
Add okra in the oil and shallow fry it.
Take another pan and add 3 tbs of oil. Let it heat.
Add cumin seeds and let it splutter. Add finely chopped onions and ginger garlic paste and sauté it till the onions become golden brown.
Add coriander powder and turmeric powder. Saute it for ½ a minute.
Immediately add tomatoes. Add red chili powder, ¼ tsp of salt and cover it with lid and let it cook for 3 minutes.
When you see the oil separate from the mixture, transfer the mixture to a blender and blend it to a fine paste.
Take a pan and add oil to it and add the ground paste to it and saute it for half a minute.
Add the fried okra to the pan and mix the okra and paste together.
Add kasuri methi, big cubes of onion and garam masala. Give it a good stir and cover it with lid. Cook it for 5 minutes.
Switch off the flame and transfer it to a serving bowl. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
